    Someone please help me…
I had my BA yesterday afternoon and the nurse from the surgery told me to put my macom bra on and keep it on. Then today it felt that tight I couldn’t breathe. When another nurse called me today the check how I got on she said for me not to wear the bra if I have strapping on because the strapping is enough support?? But when I took the macom bra off if felt like the implant on my right breast was busting out of my nipple. Its worn off now because I’ve taken strong pain killers.

Has anyone else had this before? I need help on what to do? Do i keep my bra off? But they dont feel that supported??
    Thank you xx

    Hey,
My nurse said I only needed to wear it if I was walking around as they may jiggle a little bit if I was just resting there was no need. My bandages are so tight I don’t feel I need to wear my macom bra. But then other people say I need to wear it all the time! I’m confused also but I’m going with what my body tells me and leaving it off x

I don’t find the macom’s too tight, I think they’re quite easy to wear.
