Strapping off Wednesday-bricking it! :(

Does it hurt getting the strapping off girls? Ive tried to have a good pull on it but it’s not budging and it’s pulling my skin which is pretty painful! I’m dreading the nurse taking it off Wednesday 🙁 xx

I think it is quite uncomfortable getting it off but at least once its off its done! Im having mine off on thursday & scared cus its only 4 days post op n im in lots of pain! :/ xx

It did hurt me but it was over a done in a few minutes and the almost immediately the pain was gone! I had a few blisters and blotchy/rashy looking skin for a few days, and the stickiness wasn’t budging for a good week or so!

The nurse at Fitzroy worked wonders with my strapping when she removed it for my drains. She had to peel back quite a lot of it. She held my skin really tight underneath and slowly pulled it off. She said to tell the nurse who takes my whole strapping off to do the same as this worked for me. I didn’t have any real pain (odd pinch) when she did it so I’m hoping it’ll be the same on Thursday! xxx

I was dreading taking the strapping off as I had allergic reaction to the strapping but its over and done with so quick and your just too excited to finally see your new boobs!xxx

Heya , I was dreading the strapping then when she actually went to take it off I didn’t feel a thing! you’ll be fine best thing to do is not tense! I am a wose hahaha x
