stressed out! need a drink!

Had a really bad day in work! Colleagues being bitchy about me and just a generally shit day! Really need a glass of wine tonight but nurse told me I can’t drink for 2 weeks before my op. My op is a week today :/ do I take the chance and have a sneaky spritzer?! X

Awwww glass or two would fine as long as its not a full bottle your doing this for your self not the girls at work just let it go over your head they are just jel hope it all goes well for you x

Try not to let jealous people get you down hun… it seems that some people can only enjoy their day if they are making other feel crappy- that’s not cool and I hope they remember Karma can be a Bitch .!!

Thanks ayesha. That’s what I keep telling myself. Its so easy to b supportive on here when other girls are saying they’re having a hard time off friends or family, but when it actually happens to u it’s a lot harder to tell urself to keep ur chin up! X

Jealous people make me laugh they want what we’ve got or going to have had my nose n boobs done n had to see head teacher as had 11 days off in total for two op hate jealously as mrs rich said KARMA can be a total bitch wait n sitt pretty cos they’ll get theirs haters gonna hate babe x x x

i was told a week before, so I had a really big night out the Tuesday one wek before the Wednesday op – to celebrate! Sod those jealous bitches! x x x

Have a glass of wine, I was also told 48hours before not to drink. Don’t let them bother you, I am expecting the same wen I eventually pluck up the courage to tell people. Just jealous and there options don’t matter xxx

I was told 48hrs.. But i would always go with whatever you were advised. Take no notice of em.. Just think how fab your gonna look! Xx

I was told 48 hrs before to avoid alcohol and am now 1 day post op and fine!!
I also didn’t tell a sole before the op, only my partner, purely because they all have an opinion and often it’s negative….none of their business at all……I compared it to naming a baby, if you tell people the name you have chosen before the baby is born they often pull faces and tell you reasons why you shouldn’t use it, if you tell them once the bay is born they are much more likely to just say its lovely or just aaah even if they don’t like it!

So true Nic! Really wish I hadn’t said a word, but as well as being the people I work with, they’re actually my closest friends too. I was sooo happy when I’d been to see surgeon and got the go ahead, I couldn’t keep it to myself! I’m hoping they’ll lay off once I have my op. Iv got 2 weeks off work so hopefully by the time I see them the swelling will have gone and they’ll look lovely in my work clothes. Can’t wait to look and feel a bit more womanly instead of like a 12yr old boy! X
