Hi ladies I really don’t know what size bras to buy for after my Surgery next week? I’m having 300cc hp and 430cc uhp to hopefully correct severe assymetry. This photo is what I have now. I measure 28inches under bust. What size may be best?

Why don’t you get the Macom signature bra? That’s the one I’ve got and you just buy your back size and the cup expands to fit you at the front. I think it’s the best option as you have no idea what size you need. I wore mine for four days straight and obviously needed to wash it so went and got the M&S post op high impact sports bra which a lot of people reccomend but you need to know your cup size. I ordered 4 sizes and ended up needing a 36 back I’m normally a 34 and an E cup. A week later I’ve bought the same one but in a 34 DD as obviously I had a lot of swelling before. So it can get quite expensive when your buying sports bra in cup sizes as you might change over a few days. I have a feeling in the next couple of weeks I’ll have to buy another in a 34D lol. So I think the Macom is the best one to go for, I find it dead comfy aswell xx

I am currently 2 weeks post op and found that the 2 Macom support bras I bought have been great. As previously mentioned by Jessica, only your back size is required and they fit lovely through out. Many say to go a size bigger which I did and found that it wasn’t needed so just purchase a 28 inch if there is one available. After the swelling reduced a few days ago I bought one from M&S (as you need to know the exact size when buying one) for when I need a little bit more support during working. BE CAREFUL, not to buy a bra that will affect the healing of your incisions, the Macom bra is really good for this. There is also now a bra that is MYA’s own – these are 2 for around £60 which seem to meet all the requirements. Hope your surgery goes well! 🙂 xx

I would definitely get a macom, it goes off your back size so you would get a 28 x the cups are expandable so u don’t need to know the size xxxxxx

Mya have their own surgical bras aswell but I’ve seen a couple of girls complain about them, I think it’s because there very cropped so can sometimes dig into your incisions x

Definitely recommend the Macom bras, really comfortable and no rubbing on the incisions.
    They are front fastening too.
Enter ‘MYA’ in the discount code box on Macom website to get the 15% off. Xx

Yes definitely go with the macom for at least the first week or so.

If you want to get an M&S one after make sure you size up on the back size… I am always a 32 but had to get a 34 as they run very small! Everyone has said the same.

I lived in my Macom for the first week or two then I switched to an M&S as they are really comfy.

I got the post op pink and black one http://www.marksandspencer.com/post-surgery-extra-high-impact-zip-front-non-wired-sports-bra-a-g/p/p22475733?_wtClick=rvi
