Sunbathing

Hi everyone, This may sound daft but I go on holiday in 4 weeks, at which point I will be 8 weeks PO and I’m just wondering how I will sunbathe on my front? Obviously I’ve been sleeping upright since the operation and haven’t dared lay on my front, my question is what would you ladies recommend to make sunbathing on my front safe without putting pressure on my boobs? I don’t want to be walking around with a tanned front half and pale on the back haha x

Hey hun if u have a v pillow u could take that and cover it with a spare towel so it doesn’t get covered with suncream. U could rest ur arms on either side so the pressure would be off ur boobs and give them a slight prop!

Aww babes it’ll fly by I promise, I feels like ages till my holiday but it seems to be flying by, already almost packed lol x

Maybe a tuner dingy or ring put Ur boobs in the hole bit lol or dig a hole n the sand for them xx

I hadn’t thought of this, I go on holiday in less than 5 weeks to Italy and I’m only 10 days post op now so I’ll be 6weeks post op when I go.

Roll a towel up and position it just above or below your boobs wherever you find most comfortable when you lie down so that it takes your weight rather than your boobs.
Try it at home lying on the floor first so you know what you’re doing before youre on hols & faced with a sun lounger ????☀️????

Hi Tracy can u let us know after u back from hol how was it and how didid u cope with the boobs after the op.
I am doing mine end of july then going on hol middle of September so would like to know how to prepare my self:)

I went to the Caribbean at 10 weeks post op.

I used a rolled towel under me to lift me slightly off the sunbed to lay on my front which worked really well
