Sunbed?

Hey girls.. When can I go back on?? 2weeks post op this Sunday ?? .. I think I can go on but cover my scars !? Xx

Hiya, they said like 3 months to me! but i went on just after my 6 week check! i wouldnt go on just yet, i no its soo hard not going on one but id maybe wait till 4 weeks at the min! x

Hey, I spoke to a nurse recently as my surgeon has cancelled my 6 week check so can’t see him until end of September and she said 6 weeks for sun beds etc but keep the scars covered! I think cos the skin is so stretched as well it’s very sensitive and can get damaged easily xx

I miss the sunbeds! Feel so pale! We can use fake tan though right?! As long as its not near the scars?? Xxx

Oooo I’m glad I checked comment as I was gonna have one today .. It’s killing me .. Didn’t think of stretching skin .. Not sure bout fake tan thou .. Can’t see why u would be able to use its only like moisturiser just not scars xx

i was told u shouldnt use them for year.. dont know if i will wait that long though xx

I think, I’m like 90% sure its what I read, that they said ‘although we don’t advise using sunbeds, if you are a sun worshiper, you can go on after 6 weeks if you keep your scars protected and covered’ x

But 6 week arrgghhh I will b milk bottle by then & I am a fake ran hater … Oh well u got boobies so who cares ;0) lol x

I was told to wait at least 6 months and to keep scars covered for a year x
