Ok who has used one since surgery and how dud you cover the scars so they didn’t get an uv on them?

I’ve used it and you know the sticky winkies you put on your eyes, I’ve used them on my scar site and then doubled a vest over my boobs too. All good , since I’ve had my 6 week check last week I’ve been on once and just used the stickies on my scar area. Xx

We are on the same point in time post surgery I’m desperate for sunbed.

heyy i’v used them twise i’m nearly 8 weeks post opp, you need to be over 6 weeks before you go them again and wear a bikini top or something xx

I was just going to ask this question.. Ha! Great I love my sun beds 6 weeks isn’t that long then is it xx

The only reason you are told not to use them is because any pigment changes in scar tissue within the first 12 months is permanent for life – so as long as the scars are covered then you are fine 🙂
