Sunbed after Closed Rhinoplasty

hi ladies,
I”m 4 weeks PO, when can I go on sunbeds? I read that it doesn’t help with the healing but as its all inside my nose will it hurt? what if I cover my nose? im still not allowed to touch it for two weeks so was thinking of making something to sit over it without it touching?

I had open rhinoplasty and was told by the nurse no sun beds for 3 months. The skin is very sensitive and will be more prone to sunburn and pigmentation. Even if you cover your nose I still wouldn’t risk it x
