Sunbeds ☀️

I’m 9 days PO, when can I go on the sunbed again?! I’m so pale for the festive season ?!! I know I will have to cover up my scar, but will I need to cover up my whole boob?! Thanks!!

@ashytonnn My op is in January and I’m going to have the same problem! I like to start going on sunbeds as it builds up to Summer. Maybe just fake tan for now until you’re a few weeks PO? I don’t think a sunbed will affect your boobs but I’m not sure if it’ll hurt your nipples or anything if they’re already sore? Just make sure you cover your incisions properly or they’ll apparently go dark under the light! xx

This is going to be so hard for me aswell! Im sure somebody told me it was a year you arent allowed to to on them ? i could be wrong though xx

@jodiec It’s horrible being pale isn’t it ? I didn’t think it would affect them either tbh, just obviously the inicision sould need to be covered!!

I got the ok at 6 weeks

Your entire boobies will be more sensitive due to the stretching skin. I would suggest covering them completley untill u get the ok from nurse xx
