Hey Jodie! Don’t panic too much 🙂 MYA have a team of amazing surgeons who are very talented and wouldn’t let you look fake. There are lots of girls that begin with completely flat chests or very little tissue that achieve a natural look. It all depends on placement, size and profile etc but your surgeon will know best once they have seen you 🙂
If you tell them you’d like a natural look and the approximate size you’ll like to be they will help you out as much as possible. I started off with a very deflated B in one boob and A in the other and now have a nice pair! Even though it’s early days they don’t look fake and I get compliments on how natural and in proportion they look. If you’d like to see some pics feel free to add me. xxx
