    Hey Ladies,

Hi Emma, I would recommend a macom medical bra. You only need to know your back size. My op is on Wednesday and I am taking open front pj’s, slippers, dressing gown, a zip up tracksuit for going home in, a vpillow, laptop, snacks and drinks, sanex shower gel, flannel, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, knickers, socks, macom bra, hair brush, hair band, face wipes, hair clip. Good luck hun xx

This is my mum she’s a bra fitter at debhams and they recommed this shock ab sports to there pre op n post op girls this for me with all my 3 ops from uplifts and implants I can say this is the best sports bra by fair and else come close you get wot you pay and dose wot say on the tin the shock ab take the shock from your dollys when you moving around as can be quite painful. http://shockabsorber.co.uk/en/products/ultimate-range/ultimate-run-bra/ http://m.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_285010257180_-1

@ladybabydoll88 it’s just ware and tare hun, plus gravity. My implants are 10 years old and the implant market has moved on a lot now. I know a few people with implants as old as mine and they all agree the same has happened to theirs. Xx

I have a shock absorber one a macom one and a zip front m and s one. The m and s is my favourite as it’s quite comfy and offers support, the macom one is good for when you have your strapping on and at night but I felt personally i wanted a little bit more support. Good luck Hun xx

@Mush Thankhyou for the reply hun, i need to buy a few sports bras so i can alternate them 🙂 but i was wondering how long does the sports bra have to be worn for cause ive heard stories of womens boobs not dropping and fluffing because a high impact sports bra was worn for too long, should i slowly decrease the level of sports bra as the weeks go on? x

@lisa Maria Oh wow te you only look about 25 🙂 i was expecting you to say they’ve only been in a few months lol but you have a tiny frame from what i have read so 590cc will definitely stand out, im kind of on the chunky side i carry alot of my weight around my middle but i intend to go on a food replacement diet after my boobs have healed so i can give them more definition, 🙂 x

@ladybabiedoll88 I wish I was 25! Lol! 🙂 but thanks anyway hun haha. I find it difficult to put weight on in general hun wouldn’t mind a few more lbs in all honesty. I was guessing I had 400ccc in as lost my paperwork but just spoke to a friend who has said that she remembers me having 450cc so I am going to have to get my PC to order upto 650cc incase that’s right or it won’t make much difference lol. Xx
