Surgeon Consultation tomorrow :/ having a panic about it all now !

I have my surgeons consultation with Dr Shiavone tomorrow I should be excited and looking forward to it but for some stupid reason I’m really freaking out about the whole thing ! It’s supposed to be informative and fun trying on the sizer kit etc and all I’m worried about it having to get my crap boobs out infront of him and my PC. I know they’ve all seen millions of boobs before and it’s really not a big thing, but to me it is 🙁 Really pleased I’m looking into it all and I’m finally going to get everything sorted but I am having a mini panic 🙁 Oh and do I need to wear a normal bra or sports bra or what ? haha ! Not sure it really matters ?! x

Hey sweetie, please stop stressing. They will make you feel so comfortable. Don’t need to wear any special type of bra unless you really want to impress 😉 but wear something that you can easily unbutton or take off – shirt or separate top. I wouldn’t go for a dress or anything as then you are just standing in pants, or worse – tights 🙂
I wore cardigan and vest to my surgeons consultation but foolishly wore a blouse with the tightest sleeves to my nurses appointment and had to be helped out of it like a child when it got stuck on my watch whilst my head was somewhere inside it ha ha. It lightened the mood though, they have seen so much before darling. Dr Shiavone has had lovely reviews so please enjoy the whole experience, its going to be awesome xxx

Thank you 🙂 … Really didn’t think I’d panic at all about it this early on ! I’ll go and dig out some sensible clothes and then go to bed and stop thinking lol ! I’m glad you reminded me about suitable clothes, I would have easily have worn a ridiculously difficult outfit / hundreds of warm layers without thinking about it, stupidly worrying about what bra to wear. I’m sat in my flat on my own as my housemate is out and fiance is away, read my info pack again and then had a panic ! Roughly how long was your consultation, not that I’m wishing the time away already 😉 ! I’ve heard he is very good and a friend has just had a BA with him, said he was quiet but it’s because he thinks very thoroughly about it all … Thank you for your message back, I know I’m being silly and should just enjoy the whole process ! x
