Surgeon Consultation with Dr Traynor

so i’ve got my consultation with the surgeon Gary Traynor on wednesday and for some reason i’m quite nervous? my surgery is booked for 11th November and eveything is starting to feel really real now! im currently a 32A wanted to go to about a D, although i wouldnt exactly mind if if i ended up with DD.

Just wanted to know if anyone else had gone with Dr Traynor and what there experiences were? Also, generally what should i expect from my surgeon consultation? Are there any questions people wished they had asked?

Hi Nicola. I’m booked in for ba with Mr Traynor on 15th October. He was recommended to me by a friend. He’s very straight talking and doesn’t mess about. I prefer that. He will tell you what is realistic for your body. Good luck xx

how exciting, not long to wait now!
i have no idea what to expect! will let you know tomorrow what happened during mine so you can be prepared!
i think thats what im most worried about, being told i can’t go to the size i want, so nervous!

Hi girls. Had my consultation a while ago. Go for my pre op on Tuesday. Comes around quick. You don’t need to take anything. They have bras and implants for you to try so you can get an idea . You can do the rice test too. Grams to cc’s so if you have 350cc in mind, put 350grams of rice into a bag and try it! 125cc gives you roughly a cup size. I feel a bit nervous today. Xx

I had my consultation with Dr Traynor yesterday. He was very straight to the point, listed the pros and cons, asked for my basic info such as height etc, asked for medical conditions, measured my current size and told me the biggest size he would give me. I’m a 36A/small B and I’m wanting a D/small DD and he suggested exactly the same. I then tried the implants with my PC. Had my pre op today and everything went ok. Booked in for my op next Wednesday, can’t wait!

Dr Traynor was probably the most straight to the point guy I have ever met. He seems very professional as was more of a get down to the point guy then a so how are you what have you been up to guy but I liked this because it did make me feel confident that he knew what he was doing and does a lot of these operations on a daily basis. He still had a little humour in some of the things that he was saying. He took my requirements on board. He also had a really good hand shake which sounds silly but I like that because at the end of the day its those hands that will be doing the operation haha x

oh my god i know what you mean about the handshake rebecca! i really really liked him and im feeling so much more confident about the whole thing now, i can’t wait! x
