I’ve been told by my PC to go up a back size for the bras due to swelling. How long does the swelling usually last cause I’ve seen a bra I want from m&s on eBay for literally half the price but don’t have the back size I need and wondering if ill get away with my normal back size? There is one for two sizes up but that might be toooo big. If anyone can help with this that would be fab. Xx

definitely go up a back size so it stops the rubbing on your incisions and its just more comfortable, get the normal size one for after the swelling has gone down! im usually a 32 but all my sports bras are 34 and my macom and my swelling has gone and its still tight its just a lot more comfortable! I wore my 32 the other day and it made my incisions red xxx
Emma I’m having same with with my macom although find it so comfy otherwise. I ordered m&s ones but they too big cup size so got asda specials 2pack for £7, 34DD perfect, so comfy xxx
I think ill get a 34DD it’s just hard cause I don’t know what size I’m going to be, don’t know whether to get D, DD or an E or maybe I shud just get one of each hahah!!! What did you do Danielle? Has your size gone up from day 1 or roughly the same? I have a feeling I be similar to u xx
I went up a size too like I was told , got the Asda ones 34 DD and the nurse said the back was too big i couldnt find a 32 in asda so ended up with a marks one which was fine. I didn’t have much swelling tho well so the nurse said and my 1 week check up xx
