Does anyone else do this so soon ..
Ive decided to take mine off at home for an hour or so to give them some freedom, They really soften up when my bra isnt on and Im hoping this might encourage them to drop more as they are still quite high up – One feeling like its in my collar bone xx

hi – I do this every day as I think it is good for them! Also they are quite sore so need to at least take the strapping off.

I leave mine off for a while after I’ve showered as the longer I have the sports bra on the harder and more uncomfortable they get! X

I remember feeling the need for freedom occasionally, but them then feeling really heavy and uncomfortable without the sports a bra on. I think you’ll know what’s best for your girls. Even now I feel like I need a break from wearing a bra but after a while they do start to feel like they need supporting again. You just have to do whatever you feel most comfortable with!! You’re not going to damage them as long as you’re sensible 🙂

Hey! Where do you get the macom bras from? Where else can you get them from? I’ve heard marks and Spencer’s! Also I’ve seen a coupon of pictures with girls with a supportive white bra on straight after surgery and some with strapping! Does the surgeon decide what goes on you? X

The macom bra is a proper post surgery bra and Realli holds you in place.. I prefer it as am onli a 32 back do the asda bras don’t give me enough support… Although lots of ppl rate the asda ones, I have them too but much prefer the macom.. X

    Hey Ladies,
Cant reccomend the Macom enough, It sits lower than the incision lines which worked really well for me as I was paranoid it would rub!

I did buy another sports bra – But it is literally bran new and never tried on again since my macom came! I have to take it off for an hour, wash it and put it back on!

As claire said if you add ‘mybreast’ into the website you get 15% off too xx
