Taking sports bra off for a day???

I know you’re supposed to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks but has anyone not worn it for a night out?! I feel like I haven’t been out for months but want to wear a dress which the sports bra is visible!! ?? xxx

I’ve worn my macom an kinda unbotted it a bit and turned it into a plungey look haha but i wouldn’t take it off keep those bad boys in check haha not until your after 6 weeks anyway xxx

The nurse at the hospital told me I only have to wear my sports bra for 4 weeks and when I saw the nurse at Mya she said 6 weeks 🙁 xxx

My friend had her boobs done private hospital and was allowed to wear normal bras etc at 4 weeks but mya says 6 weeks, most Iv took my bra off for in 10 mins x

I’m 4 weeks po and I’ve had my surport bra of loads it’s a relief xx

Have you had it off for a long period of time or?xx

take it off at home for a bit walk around maybe have a little dance see how you feel just at home without one. if it doesn’t feel right don’t do it if it does maybe you could still wouldn’t wear an underwired one though because of the incisions xxx
