Tattos

Thinking about getting a tattoo down my ribs. I like the big ones of flowers or something. But I’m so scared of getting a big one first. But dont want to be covered in them if I get a small one then go to a big one. What are people’s opinions what is the pain like with the needle going in?

I LOVE TATTOOS! I have 17.. most of them are small but have recently started my sleeve.. so far longest ive done in one sitting is 3 hours. To be honest.. i dont think it makes a difference if you have a small one or big one.. the pain is the same. maybe even more bearable on a big one as you get use to the pain. Ive got writing on my ribs and it was pretty painful.. but in all fairness, the tattoo is pants (and so is the tattooist) serves me right for going there i suppose lol. If you find a good tattooist and a design which you instantly fall in love with.. go for it xx

Everyone is different but after having 3 tattoos.. my first the ‘stamp tramp’ (lower back) at just 15 I now HATE them! I have one on my wrist which I have been having laser removed for the last few years. This hurts 100 times more than the actual tattoo.
I would not go and get a bit one to start with incase you hate having them… x

I’ve got a tattoo down my side from armpit to hip. I say it’s the most painful tattoo I’ve ever had, but I love it. But in same breathe you managed a ba!

Hahaha someone at work was saying about stamp tramp I’ve never heard of it before and I hear it twice in one day!!

I have a big one from my side boob down ribs to top of thigh didn’t hurt at all I love the tattoo sensation lol. I’m sure u will.be fine if you’ve soldiered getting your boobies done with no major pains 🙂

I started having small ones then had a full back piece done. I love my tattoos but just think about being able to cover them as you may find you regret having it done, I do with a few of mine but then I can’t cover my hands lol. Pain wise it’s not that bad just kind of stings x

I have a quote down my spin. I would go for it if you really want it but just remember that it’s with you for the rest of your life unless you have it removed. I got mine on my back because I can show it of while am young and hide it when am older. I have seen a few picture of asimilar tattoo to what you are looking into and they look amazing. Xxx

Tattoos are amazing they make you even more unique 🙂 I have a few one on my wrist, top of my back, bf handprint on my bottom hehe, garter round my leg sstockiing seem lines down the bk of ny legs and my biggest is on on my thigh that was a 6 hour sitting its a nice pain if that makes sense. Do it you only live once xx

I’m a tattoo artist and I would be very hesitant about doing a ribs tattoo as a first tattoo, especially a large 1. It depends on the artist I guess hun 🙂 good luck xx

My first tattoo i got is on my back its hugr took 8 hours then i got two swallows and a anchor and a pin up girl
I got those 3 done in one sitting took 6 hours the pain depends on placement the swallows and the thigh hurt the most but its bareable if you have a break xx
