I went for my first initial consultation and said I wanted a tear drop natural implant. they said they don’t offer these? but a lot of other companies do? any one got these or advise? I feel like the round might make them look too fake?xxx

I was the same I was dead set that I wanted teardrop. After talking to surgeons (else where) they explained the only really offer them to women with certain shaped boobies. Looking through the forum I have seen plenty of round implants that look fantastic and I will now be having rounds but under the muscle for a more natural look. Hope this helps x
