ok so I have been thinking about ba for over 6 years now but the bit that I have been kind of nervous about has always been telling my folks. I’m now 25 and I don’t know why but I just always thought they wouldn’t get it (especially as my mum is a naturally very busty lady – I clearly got my dad’s t**s as he hasn’t got any either) but I told my mum tonight and she was so supportive which has made me even more sure this is the right thing for me 🙂 still haven’t told my dad yet but he will just ask ‘what Did your mum say’ and ‘how are you paying for it?’ Anyway I just really wanted to share with people who would understand why that’s kind of a big deal! Anyone else got any stories?

I told my mom after I booked because she was always against them but she was really supportive and caring after my breast augmentation. I still haven’t told the rest of my family they will find out when they see these new beauties in the flesh

I told my mom that I am getting one and although she hates the thought of me going under the knife she has been very supportive! I have not yet told my dad because I know he will not like the idea of it and he will also question how am I paying for this. I am at university but have been saving up for years from my wages and sometimes when I have been low on funds at uni I have gone to him instead of touching my savings so he will freak if he realises that all this time I have had so much money haha! I am really unsure about how I am going to tell him!! xxx

I’ve wanted it for years literally since I was 13… I told my parents in may that I was going too and they laughed and said they would accept it (considering I’m only 19) if I can save the money… so I saved up the full amount booked my consultation and now it’s in less than two weeks! I just kept talking about it and I think they realised that it’s my decision. I just see it as it’s a personal operation and it’s my choice!xx

I told my mum she was really against it but had my opp yesterday and has been so supportive she had my little girl last night so I could have a good sleep. My dad was also against it but he has come round keeps asking if I’m ok.

Aw that’s so good that everyone’s parents have come round with time! Court hopefully your dad will understand though andrealise how much you want it!
Obviously you gotta tell a few people but you’re totally right Megan, you wouldnt announce any other operation really! When I showed my mum pics from the consultation and compared it to a pic of me in no bra she was like ‘yeaaaaaahhh…’ and then started telling me how she was thinking about Lipo so totally had nothing to worry about! I was really nervous to tell my parents and I finally told my mum last weekend and she was surprisingly understanding. I haven’t told my dad because I know he won’t be happy but my mum’s said she’s going to tell him tmro.. pray for me haha! I showed my mum a pic with the sizers in at my consultation under a t-shirt and I think that out her mind at rest because I reckon most people jump to the stereotype of massive pornstar boobs when you say you’re having it done xxxx
