Hey girls! Did anyone else have to stop taking their contraceptive pill before their op? Been advised to stop taking it but wondered if anyone else had been given the same advice

Hey! I was told to stop taking it 2weeks before my op :)! It reduces your risk of blood clots apparently xxx

I was the same 2 weeks before I had to stop 🙂 x

I know this may sound silly but I’ve had to stop taking it half way through my pack… Did it mess your cycles up? x

I started my period a week after I stopped taking it! Then 2 weeks after my op I started taking it again. I think I’m back to normal now :)! It hasn’t really messed my cycle up thank goodness xxx

I was told I wouldn’t need to stop xx

Thanks Amy! I didn’t want to come on my period say the day before my op! How lo g do you take antibiotics for after your op? xx

I didn’t want that either but within a week of not taking it, I started my period and finished a few days before my op! Hopefully you’ll be the same :)! I had to take the anti biotics for 5 days! They made me poorly though, had really bad sickness. Felt tons better once they’d finished xxx

I’ve just added you :)! Take a look At my pics, I was a 32bn had 340cc and 345cc and my 32dd sports bra Is a bit tight :)! My surgeon said I’d prob end up a d but I’m bigger than that and my swellings gone down. What implant size has your surgeon recommended? xxx

Awwww thank you! I’ve asked mya for my before and after pics, I’ll put them up once they’ve sent them. My friend had him for her rhinoplasty and she’s really pleased with the results! Eeeeeeh it’s so exciting :)!! xxx
