    My op is 13th july and im a self employed personal trainer ive booked a week – 10 days out of work. Would anyone recomend longer? Or will i be feeling much better . Is it really painful after

    Are you having unders? I’m one week post op today with unders and still struggling to do a lot of things xxx

    Well in that case I reckon you should be ok aslong as your not lifting and things 🙂 maybe give yourself 10 days just incase maybe? Xx

    Yeah thats what i thought . Ilm just have to see how it goes. Just want my clients to have a rough idea x

    I think generally people take off 2 weeks just to be on the safe side but see how you feel…you might be fine as long as you’re not over doing it as I was able to do some things around the 10 day mark but I didn’t really have pain as such either post op. Pain varies from person to person and I think the recovery time I’ve heard is longer for unders….I had unders.

    I had 13 day off but wud of been ok to go back sooner.

    Im on my 7 th day now with overs and definitely couldn’t go back to work now!

    Depends on size the bigger u go the longer the recovery its taken me 3 weeks to be back to normal x
