Time off work

I was wondering how long I would need off work. I am a receptionist in a hotel so I don’t do a lot of moving about it heavy lifting.

I had a week off, I though I might be able to go in at the end of the week but although the pain had reduced I was still quite sore and really really tired. I would deffos say a week. x

Its my first day back at work today. I had 6 days of work and the 2 weekends. which was so helpful. I feel fine no probs at all a little tired but I think thats due to getting out of routine. Hope that helps x

It does thank you! I should be having mine done in November just need to make sure I can have the time off work as it’s our busy period! I will just ask for a week off then thanks xx
