My nurse said she can’t tell me how long to stay off work after my BA because she’s not allowed to write sick notes etc.

Are there any other shop assistants out there who can tell me how long they stayed off? I work the tills, I stack shelves and load the cages. Obviously I know I won’t be loading cages for quite a while!

Hi you should be ok doing light duties but i wouldnt recommend lifting anything heavy or loading cages i was working as a carer when i had my op and was off work for 6 weeks as couldnt use any of the equipment and didnt want to risk damaging my scars or hurting myself, i went to see my gp and he gave me a note i know its not a illness but he said its still an operation and he understood that i couldnt lift anything hope that helps when is your op? im 17 months po and have never looked back love the shape and size of my breasts xx
