    wanting to loose weight before I have my boobs done any suggestions.. knowing my look will stay on my arse and come off my little boobs 😐 x

    Spinning and circuit classes five times a week. I kept a food diary n just ate healthily. No chocolate, no alcohol ect. I can only eat foods that are wheat n gluten free this helped too- no bread, pasta, takeaways etc. I lost a stone doing this x

    Yea, wheat and gluten free are a great way to do it – I’m lucky, I’m allergic to wheat anyways (found out from working in a bakery lol), but it does force you to eat better things as long as you don’t replace it with lots of fat and potatoes – replace it with quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc!! X

    I’m the same wanted to loose a stone at least before hand I’ve lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks 4 weeks left to my op so I’m pleased just ate healthy and as nicki said spin classes have been best outcome for me 4-5 times a week x

    I just cut out all booze and ‘naughty food’ and it drops off! Im sure with some excercise too you’ll be fine? But don’t loose too much just in case they can’t fit the implant in? x

    I’ve just lost 11lbs in 3 weeks eating eggs, meat fruit & veg but helped lose it quite fast with my physical job, I also very rarely drink alcohol but drink 4 litres of water a day xx

    Eat protein – egg whites, tuna, chicken an lots of veg. These are high in vitamins/nutrients but will keep you full and satisfied for longer aswell. I second what @RachelH says though, don’t loose too much or you might not be able to get the size implant you want. I would say when you see your surgeon it’s best to be as close to your goal weight as possible. Are you booked in yet? Xx

    Omg i started the jogging 5 days a week about 3 miles a day back in January ,which took about 25 mins , then i started spinning twice a week with the jogging about march the 4th , i then joined the Gym and i am now doing spinning 4 times a week and body pump , plus body combat ,and boot camp ,
    I noteiced a massive difference in my body shape , i have toned my legs and thighs and my stomach i was 8 stone 12 and i am now 8 stone 1 , which has taken about 3 months to nearly loss a stone my boobs have gone but thats why i have done it so that when i have them done i should have a toned body ,
    I have been working out a lot all week then at weekends i have had a lot on i,e partys and going for meals which means i have been drinking at weekends and putting a few pounds on then losing it over the week ,
    If u don’t go out at weekends and be really good then you could do it in less time ,
    I have been eating fruit for breakfast , scrambled egg on toast for lunch and chicken salad for dinner and then i have been a little naughty at weekends because of birthday partys and going out ,lol
