    Hi girlies,

Basically I have had my surgery consultation with Dr Mounir in Nottingham? Has anyone else used him and how did it go?

The sitution with my boobs is last year I was a size 12, lost over 2 stone and now I am a size 4/6, I am into bodybuilding bikini competitions and lift weights 5 times a week, my boobs have gone from a 32f last year to a 32c at the moment, they are pretty symmetrical so happy with that however with the huge weight loss, goes the boobs!!

I didnt think they were saggy at all but the doctor says differently, they are borderline which means the nipple is at the exact point of the boob crease at the moment, but because of the weight loss they drooped a bit leaving them there, he suggested an uplift and implant, but also said i could just have the implant.

The thing scaring me about the uplift and implant is a) the recovery and b)the cost- the repayments are a lot bigger with them both so just dont think i can afford it, i am leaning towards the idea of just implants for now, see how they sit (looking at 275-300cc) but will the extra weight cause them to sag alot more? has anyone else done this?

please let me now girlies would really appreciate the help 🙂 xx

They do say not to kick back the uplift if that’s what they have advised. I can only have an uplift as implants would only look nice for a year and then say which I was disappointed with but come round to the idea now xx

A lift will give a bettet result in the long run and make sagging in the future slower. Nice boobies are for life! I figure if I’m going through the pain and surgery might as well get the best possible result. Scars will fade 🙂

Thanks girls! I have been looking at a few pics etc and speaking to a friend who is getting hers done and I agree the more I think of it, for a bit extra a month I might aswell go through all the pain now and get really nice boobies than not bad looking boobs and be upset with them!

Im so nervous and excited, does the front scar from an anchor disappear eventually?

    Hi Ellie,

I had a lift and enlargement on Wednesday at the Preston clinic. I was exactly the same as you – just border line lift – I decided to go for it to get the best result and I’m so happy. So now I’m 2 days post op – I’m pottering around the house making cups of tea and reading – the pain is no where near what I feared! In the mornings it’s really stiff as I’ve been laid upright and still all night. I’m really happy with the result they look fab! Just can’t wait for the swelling to go down now. Hope this helps, any questions just ask! Xxx

Also, if you get a late deal they knock £1000 off the price so I got lift & enlargement for £6000!
