Tubular/Tuberous breasts

Hi, I’m due to have a breast enlargement with Mr Traynor. I have tubular/tuberous breasts (A cup) and he said he will be doing the incision below the crease of my breast and putting the implants over my muscle.
I’m just a bit nervous about whether it will correct the shape fully. Has anyone who has the same also had Mr traynor and have any before and after pics I could see to hopefully help reassure me please? Not that I don’t trust him it’s just he did mention something about the fact it may take months for the shape to change but said it may never. ..Thanks. xx

Lauren I’m having Dr Traynor on 27th October and he said exactly the same to me including lowering the crease and having implants above the muscle, I also have tuberous breasts, he suggested 300/325/350cc and I chose 350cc from a 34A. When is your surgery? What size implants did you choose?

I have slightly tubular breast and I had just a ‘normal’ ba 275cc under muscle 6 weeks ago. Although not perfect they are soooooo much better it’s really worth it x

Thanks everyone so much I feel a lot better already. It’s just so scary when it’s something I’ve been so self conscious about and I hope it’s going to sort it. Was just panicking in case I go through it all and am still not happy. The worst bit is he said I’m asymmetrical so is putting in 2 different sizes. But as I’m so small anyway I can’t even tell myself which one is bigger than the other haha. So I’m also stressing that I’ll end up with one big one and one small. 😉

Ok great thanks! Sarah my op is 9th September and I’ll be having either 300 & 325 or 325 & 350. I’m not sure yet as I am only 5ft 2 amd a narrow frame so don’t want to go too big. I might go with the 300 & 325 as that’s the middle one out of the 3 he said. Xx

Hi @lauren80 Ive also seen my traynor and was told I had tubular breasts. He said he will do overs 350 375 or 400cc with the right one having 25cc more in to even out the shape @jh2015 I’ve noticed your booked in 27th Oct, I’m booked in 20th Oct. How did u both find your consulation with him. He was saying he can’t promise anything and he doesn’t no how they are going to end up. This worried me a bit but I know he was trying to tell me all the complications that can happen. I kow he is a good surgron but i just want reassurance that this is going to improve my breast .. Help xx

@becca1994 I found him also quite blunt, he said the same to me but the way I see it they will look better than they do now! Did he also tell you to have overs ? What is your current size? I have pics but not been brave enough to put them on yet!! Surgery is always going to be a big decision but the way I see it is I can either live with them as they are and constantly think about what they would look like if I have them done or get them done and then they are done!! Ha ha xx

Yay it worked. It sounds like you feel like me. ..at the consultation you kind of hope he’s going to say he can sort it and make them look good. It’s a good thing really that be doesn’t just tell us what we want to hear and he’s probably only just warning us but yes it does make you worry. I’ve got my op om Wednesday so I can let you know bow I get on if you like? Xx

Yes he also suggested overs for me.. did he tell you the reason for suggesting overs to u? I’m currently a 32/34 b but Mr traynor said I’m more like a bigger A. I don’t have a clue what size I’m going to end up with ? what about you? Xx

I had 400 left and 500cc right round moderate plus and partials so over the muscle but under the fat so it will still look very natural!
He had to do overs to even them out and for the shape. Only one boob was tubular – really weird I know. Really pleased with them so far. You can see more pictures on my profile, also my before picture I found that quiet helpful x

I didn’t use mya but I had the same my surgeon recommended me to have a lift aswell to get the very best results as they were quiet bad to start of with I told him I didn’t want that many scars as at the time I was only 23 and said once I had my family I would have that bit done then. He said that he couldn’t promise me the best look then as I wasn’t taking his advice and he said my nipples will still be quiet low but should be able to even out the shape! I got 520 TRF and PO I measured 36E from a 36b now I measure a 30/32g. Anything is better than what we had before girls but remember they under promise what they can achieve to make your after results exactly what you want! X

How can I see your photos mila X have the same problem and want to see the difference X I have added u I hope u don’t mind but not sure how to see the photos
