    Hello Girlies
Well where do I start im day 13 today and this is really weird byt had been happening for the last couple of days where for no reason whatsoever I get this tingling sensation and then my niplles are up and erect just happens out of the blue. Can see them even through my great big very unsexy extra support ports bra and clothes.
Is this happening to anyone else? Will it stop? Its a bit embarrasing and at least the nerves are working LOL!
How can I stop these out of control nipples!

Hey Hun yes it happens to us all 🙂 best thing you can do is get some breast pads or cosmetic pads and place them over your nips until they sort themselves out xx

My nerves are still pretty dead, i had a nipple lift so have next to no feeling in both of my nipples even 5 weeks down the line. But despite no feeling i have erect nipples all the time?! I know what you mean, i foudnd breast feeding pads padded over them so it was hidden through clothes! xxx

I’m exactly like this too, they were just popping up when ever they liked!! I’m 4 weeks post op today and there starting to settle a little but my nurse gave me these little square pads to put on my nipples and I’ve found them loads easier than normal breast pads x
