Have you tried the creams/cosmetics specifically for dark circles and lines? Is Botox not more for wrinkles and if you start it in your early 30s you may not have much facial movement left by your 50s! Maybe the once a year sparky does is okay – I think maybe people get addicted to it and go every 3-6 mths – maybe it’s only then you have probs. Try researching or have you already? xx

Just asked my daughter – she’s 21, but with dark skin and suffers badly from bags under her eyes. She’s tried all sorts and says Viper Venom cream is the best so far. You can get it in Boots I think and is about £20. Worth a try 🙂 Then in your 30s onwards, Boots 7 serum is good for lines, about the same price. xx

Yeah I’m trying to do some research but struggling what to google or look up. I’ll have a look into that cream to, just wondered if there was any kind of treatment for it cuss I know facials are so expensive to keep having and I don’t think they work. If there any advise on here anyone can give….will be a great help. X

Be careful with Botox under the eye it’s quite a dangerous place to have it done I went on a Botox course and even the trainer doesn’t do it in that region. There are obviously people who do but if u do it research them really well. Like Ally said creams are best to start with particularly under the eyes. If ur worried about other lines – frown/crows feet etc then yeah Botox is great but it only lasts about 4 months each time so the upkeep can be expensive. Doing it in ur 30s isn’t a bad idea either as it stops the wrinkles before they get too deep so more easily treated. The once a year thing is a great idea I think and probably what I will start doing in about 10 years time (I’m only 25 at the moment) xx

I have botox for lines between the eyebrows (I’m 38 and started having it last year), works a treat. My friend is a GP and does it for me – she would never do under the eyes. I just use Touche Eclat (YSL) works a treat! x

Hi I would suggest concealers and under eye gels that work wonders and you really do see differences within first week. Under the eyes are very delicate and fine so although botox could be an option I would stay away from doing so around that area. There are firming creams for wrinkles also regular exfoliating keeps skin fresh…xx

Thanks for the advise ladies. I’ll purchase some creams and might try the ones you recommended AllyH, I already use Touche Eclat and I think it’s brilliant. By the sounds of it I’ll stay away from Botox under the eyes. X
