Hello my surgery is booked in just a few weeks away , I am very excited just still unsure of wether to go over the muscle or under the muscle. I have been offered both options any advise? I am currently a 34b and going to a 34 d so not a great difference.
    Thanks

Personally would go for unders, usually more natural and less chance of sagging at they’re more held in and protected.. Just a longer process. But so worth it! Only you can make your decision! Just look into the pros and cons of both! Xxxx

I would deffo go for under the muscle.. I wasn’t given an option as i didn’t have much breast tissue to work with anyway.. The recovery is slightly longer but you will be thankful for it in the long run.. Less sagging, no rippling, still able to breastfeed and still able to detect any lumps in the breast.. Definitely consider the option.. Good luck x

Who’s your surgeon? I had traynor thought I had the option but he said on the day I needed overs I’m hundred percent happy I would leave it up to your surgeon if possible x

My surgeon is Dr Mounir, he says i have plenty of breast tissue to have them placed either or under. The one thing that worried me about going under if he mentioned that they breasts can be pushed apart sometimes. i just didnt want a massive gab between them. I do have another appoinment to see him so iv got together some photographs of what my expected outcomes are and what i really do not want, hopefully he can then tell me the best way to get these results.
