Under the muscle

How long is it before you start to feel normal after having under the muscle ??

Hey Lauren, everyone’s different but I felt ok after few days the main thing was the bloating from the tablets. I’ve just started running again now and I’m 2 mths po x

I had 470 unders. Helena was my surgeon. I honestly thought I’d b in a lot of pain but been no where as bad as expected x

I had 470 unders and had a lot of pain, couldn’t do much for two weeks and it was 3 months before I could run again! We’re all different as everyone has said x I just had revision (capsulectomy) and 9 days post op, I’m still not carrying shopping bags or driving long journeys as I struggle with 1st/2nd gear, I have took an additional week off work – 2 weeks in total x

I’m 5 days post op and had 380c unders, I’m in more discomfort thn pain, it’s honestly not as bad as I thought it would be considering what has been done too your muscle!! Worst thing for me is the strapping it’s so tight and I can’t breathe properly but not all surgeons do strapping xxx

Hi I had 365 under the muscle on Wednesday, I can lift my arms and not in pain just discomfort and mainly around my incisions. I’ve not taken any pain killers today either! The antibiotics do make you bloated though and constipated!, (nice!) xx
