8 weeks post op today and the nurse said i can start wearing under-wired bras. Ive been measured 32DD. I went to wear a bra this morning and OOOMMMMGG soooooo UNCOMFORTABLE! I put my sports bra back on straight away. Has anyone else experienced this?
@alana96xx I still have this and I’m 9 weeks. I’ve put it down to the fact that I’m still not used to such a big bra. IT does get better though, I’m slowly but surely able to wear mine for a few more hours. Always get my Macom or sports bra on when I get home though x
I pretty much only wear proper bras now. I found to start with putting a cotton pad over my incisions helped eased the discomfort as gave it some
Padding between the wiring. Xx
