Partials are covered by the muscle at the top but not the bottom. Unders are fully under the muscle. Xx

Hey, there’s no such thing as fully unders in this country. Only partials. But they are where the top half of the implant is under the muscle and the bottom half is only under breast tissue xx

I thought so Laura ^^ I made a point of saying this the other day as had read online you require an armpit incision in order to have fully under, so I think a lot of the time partials are passed off as unders when they are not entirely! xx

How weird?! Why do some girls get told they’re having unders then if they’re actually partials? It’s enough to confuse everyone!

    Sub-muscular (unders) and sub-glandular (overs).
Kazzazi put me straight with that when I asked about partials at my consultation. X

Yeah it must be just a term that’s used a little loosely! Some surgeons might call them unders as they know they mean partials, but it is definitely confusing for all of us!
Mr traynor explained it all to me on the day of my op as I thought they were different things but apparently not in this country xx

How confusing I never knew this! Why don’t they just say partial to everyone then, I thought a lot of surgeons didn’t like using partials? So many questions I need to ask at my next appointment lol xx
