Unders or Overs????

Hi girlies 🙂

Has anyone had round implants that are over instead of under the muscle? My friend has just told me because my boobs are less filled out at the top and are a bit droopy/saggy (sorry!) if he goes under my boobs it will look the same outside and less full.. where as if he was to over I can get fullness.

Has anyone been in the same situation & what did your surgeon say to you?

Is going under better than going over too? I am bit worried that going over, they will sag again and be less secure than if you were to go under

I had overs and I personally would never go under the muscles but that’s my personal preference, going over or under doesn’t make a difference with gravity it will take its toll eventually, with unders if you have droopy boobs already May risk of natural breast coming off the implant giving the appearance of double bubble, anyway trust your surgeon and goodluck xx

If you’re droopy/saggy you may need a lift alongside your implants or risk what Candybabey mentioned DB. A lot of us have round overs, I have had unders and overs and I would never recommend unders to anyone to be honest, all though there are plenty of ladies here who have unders and love them, you Dr will discuss whats best for you, good luck x

Oh god I hope I dont need a lift too! I have seen many pictures of women having saggy boobs and i am sure they havent had lifts.. and pictures on here too! Yeah why wouldnt u recommend going under the muscle Kaydee? thank you for your advice xx
