Update surgery yesterday morning but still here in lots of pain…..

Hi girls admission was yesterday morning 7.30am everything went fine but had a panic attack coming round from the G.A in so much pain. I went for 350cc in the end as my surgeon said 375 would be to big as I’m only a size 6 on top. I haven’t even thought about them yet as its so painful did anyone else experience this? I’ll see if I can upload some before and afters. My after was taken once the drains had been removed so they still look very sore. Xx

I can’t really offer any help as I’m not due for Op until end of May , but really feel for you. You are very similar build to me and I will only be having 325cc. I’m sorry to hear you are in pain, that’s the part I am really scared about. I also get very anxious . Sending hugs and hopes for a quick recovery today xx

Thanks Jen I don’t understand why I’m in so much pain after having 2 natural home births with no pain relief it was a breeze compared to this. But no pain no gain as they say I hope to feel better soon Iv had lots of medication so not really with it lol. Thank you Hun hope yours goes well xx

Hey Rebecca! I had no pain until day 5 and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I found lying down for long periods of time made me worse so I have just been going on short walks like to the shop or even just taking my daughter around the block. And keeping up to date with your pain replied and drinking plenty of water xxx hope you start to feel better soon xxxxxxx it’s definately worth it! Xxxxxx

Thanks Vee I’m still at the hospital in lots of pain I don’t understand why as I have such a high pain fresh hold!! I ended up having 350cc unders Mod like yourself my surgeon wouldn’t let me go 375 do u know what your measuring as yet I hope I don’t feel disappointed xx

Hey Rebecca I had. One yday went down at 5 admission was 11.30 such a long day. I’m still here aswel had a really. As time fainting vomit etc.. wasn’t expecting this kind of excrutiating pain after having children like u said . Have u had your drains out yet ? ..x

Hi Rebecca! Cannot believe you are still there. So sorry to hear about the panic attack. I came around and just kept asking how you were lol. I am in so much pain. My breathing is the hardest because of my anxiety I need to take deep breathes but I can’t cos it hurts. 3 kids and this is in no comparison…pain is so much worse. Well it definitely was in my case any way. Hope it gets better soon darling. Xx

Hi Girls I’m glad I’m not the only one in so much pain I was adamant something had gone wrong as the pain was unbearable. Have u seen your new boobs yet Gemma are u pleased with them? I was asking about you too but I got put in another room because of my panic attack I also suffer with bad anxiety. I hope you feel better soon and please make sure you rest Iv just left the hospital still in so much pain can’t move my arms at all and feel like I have a huge weight on my chest. Hope you feel better soon Hayley are u still there now? I also felt extremely sick the drains coming out isn’t the nicest thing I’m afraid. Hope you feel better soon girls I feel your pain xxxx

Have you got far to travel Hun.. i know what you mean when I woke up the pain just hit like a ton bricks couldn’t even draw a breath in was quite scary . Can’t even flush the loo or nothing either . How old are your children Rebecca? Hope u have a better night tonight . Xx

Hi Hayley it’s a lot worse than I expected I thought I would be out yesterday afternoon in hardly any pain but has been far from it :(( I’m going to stay in a hotel tonight. My girls are 8 and 10 luckily my mum has them all week xx

I know I was so shocked at this pain and literally lost all dignity after being taken to the toilet with those horrible drains lol. That’s good your mum has your daughters at least you can rest up. Mine are 10 months , 4 and 6 god help me. Are you happy with your new boobs so far ??

Oh god how are you going cope?? My mum is having them all week for my because I also suffer with OCD so I find it very hard to rest, I know the drains are horrible and unfortunately for me it’s that time of the month for me :(( my partner took a picture after my drains came out apart from that I haven’t seen them lol been to wrapped up in the pain xx

I have my surgery in a few days and have panic attacks so am quite worried now!!!
Did they keep you in longer due to the panic attack?
I am an overnight case as I thought it would be better to have nurses around the first night to put me more at ease with anxiety etc!

I have all white tape strapped around but could see the size increase. Glad you are out now. The drains were horrible. Only hurt on one side but now I’m just aching and find that I have to sit up straight otherwise just the slightest angle makes the pressure unbearable. The sofa I was suppose to have delivered today is late and may not arrive today at all. My house is a tip! Just want to get into order but not being able to move is frustrating. Feel better soon xx

Oh dear you poor thing! You will be home soon don’t worry, and i know it’s hard but all this is so worth it. I was in horrific pain as of day 5 and I thought my implant had displaced! I also thought for the first few days they was too small 🙁 I am a very skinny size 6 and was a 32AA, just been to M and S for a sports bra and i was in a 32DD xxxxx I am one weeks post op today x and atleast ur surgeon tried to give the 375 a go! With 350 bein the max U can have, they will look really good on ur frame! xxxxxxx

I know the feeling Hun I’m getting very frustrated with the pain now and feeling very emotional is that normal?? U need to try and rest Hun I know it’s hard especially with the OCD that’s why my mum is having the girls all week for me. I hope your partner is helping? Are you happy with your size Vee? When did the pain ease up? They don’t look very big at first do they xx

Thanks Evie yes the panic attack didn’t help as I was struggling to breath after the surgery and wasn’t aware what was going on, I had booked a hotel on the outskirts of London but glad I stayed at the hospital as I was in no state to travel or even move it was hard enough going to the toilette. When is your surgery Hun?? xx

Hi Girls, just wanted to say i had my procedure at 10am yesterday morning, i left the hospital in agony (i have to say allthough i was a day case my nursing staff did encourage me to stay if i felt it neccasary) but i left because i just thought everybody wakes in this much pain it will calm down soon, ive had 1 hours sleep overnight i am at max level on all my pain relief and its not even touching it, obviously im very swollen but my main pain is in my sternum i still cant take a full breath for the pain, im struggling to lift a cup, my pain threshold is huge as i have Endomitriosis, i had a 4th degree tare with first baby and c-section with second so i honestly thought this would be a breeze for me, it just goes to show how different everybody is and how it will affect them, i had unders so i knew recovery would be hard but was expecting it to be more of a case of being frustrated at lack of mobility as apposed to severe pain HOWEVER! it’s done now, ive no regrets i know it will be worth it and would deffo do it all again even at this stage, this pain is very temporary my lack of confidence has bee life long so i would it again in a heartbeat, wishing you all a speedy recovery and i really hope the next 24-48 hours brings some relief for us all xxx

My pain has completely gone now it was only really day 5 and 6 I was getting pain now I feel fine again. Just a little bit sore but nothing bad like before x and I’m really happy with my size! I wish I was a bit bigger but I had the maximum offered to me. I would ideally like to be an E! But it’s just wierd even though I’m a D they still look natural like a big natural so I’m really happy!!!! Xxx my partner has been brilliant but he isn’t home a lot he works away so I’m on my own with the kids a lot, my mums been helping but I’m back at work next week so guna take it easy for the rest of the week. Try and stay positive Rebecca xxxxxxx you’ll be home soon and once the swelling goes ur boobs will be huge. They look like stuck on small cones at first al send u a pic of comparison one sec xxxxx

Hope you feel better soon Hun I can honestly say I’m feeling your pain I didn’t leave till lunch time today and thought I was the only one in pain, I was adamant something was wrong as couldn’t even move :(( I was expecting to feel normal today I don’t think we’re fully told the level of pain we’re going to be in after surgery I’m so glad my girls are with my mum I can’t wait for this pain to start easing up as flushing the toilette is even a struggle and can’t sleep 🙁 I’m feeling very frustrated xx

I felt like that even flushing the toilet was hard, I tried to grate cheese on day 5 that was impossible! its a nightmare! And yeah it’s better your children are with your mum it’s not easy with them at home when they want cuddles or help getting their pyjamas on etc it’s jus a nightmare. I really do feel better today though your pain will ease up x you aren’t the only one with it think we all get it some just st diff stages like mine didn’t kick in til day 5! Xxxxxx where’s yours was pretty much straight away x it will get easier and it is worth it. Here is a day 1 pic and a day 4 pic jus shows how much they change xxxxxxx

They look amazing Hun and they still have lots of changing to do yet I can’t see mine as I have the strapping and the band that’s not comfortable it digs in and itches a lot xx

Oh god what a nightmare! That strapping should be off soon as you will be a lot more comfier. You can trim it under your armpits if it’s irritating them around that area it’s in the pack mya give u at pre op it says it. Xxxxxx and yeah they have so much changing to do but everyday they look different. You may think yours are small Cos you have a strapping on x it’s keeping everything nice tight and supported so they’ll look small but once they’re off u will have a nice surprise! 🙂 xxxxx

Did you have the strapping Hun?? My surgeon said they should be a full D I’m only a small size 6 is that what you was hoping for? xxxxx

Heya I had a bit of pain when I first had mine done woke myself up from the anesthetic crying. It eased up so much after about day 5 I’m 19dpo now and have no pain what so ever. I found ice packs helped loads. If you haven’t already tried it might be worth a go. It will get easier. Hang in there xxx

I didn’t have strapping cause mr traynor doesn’t use it x but at my pre op I was given loads of information on like print outs and I read it all while I was waiting for my op to keep me occupied and I remember reading about the strapping xxxxx mr traynor gave me 350 high profile unders to achieve DD/E. I can’t c me bein a E but 100% a DD! Im a small size 6 too n was a 32aa before surgery xxxxxx

No I don’t think I was at first. You can ring your own gp and try a different painkiller let them know what surgery you had and they should prescribed something else. I had 425cc hp unders i will add you and have a look through my photos. Yeah changed loads I absolutely love them xxx

I’ll be happy if I’m a D which I’m sure I will be, the strapping is very tight and itchy that’s the only thing but it’s meant to be good. Yours look amazing Ashleigh how was your healing xx

I’ve got the strapping too Rebecca! I was worried that my sports bra didn’t fit but I think itâ because of the way it’s tapped. The band is so uncomfortable. I tried to take off the bra but it’s actually more supportive on my back on. I find it more comfortable to straighter I sit up. Not great for dosing but it take the weight off my chest for breathing. My mum was with me today but the baby just wants cuddles from me and I cannot change her bum at all. Feel so bad. Just lucky I have my mum and husband. I have friends coming by tomorrow to help out as it’s my eldest birthday and I want to make a fuss of her. I’m so frustrated not being able to do anything. Can’t wait to start feeling normal again.

Anyone else have one breast more painful ?? Also one of my incisions feels very sore the other I can’t even feel is this normal anyone ?? Can’t take a decent deep breath in

I can’t handle the suffocating feeling Hun it’s horrible and I find it easier the most upright position but I can’t sleep. How are u sleeping? Are you taking any extra pain killers? I can’t wait for this to go away? Have u got your next appointment yet? xx

I’m really struggling breathing Hun and my right side is more painful I can’t lift my arm up I’m just presuming that’s normal x

Congratulations on the surgery. The worst is over! You are going to have pains and soreness, aching and shooting pains for a few weeks. I’m post day 11 today. Had my strapping off on Monday and they look different every single day! I still take paracetamol and ibrofen when I feel like I need it! Most the pain has gone for me now, I get s few shooting pains but that’s expected, it’s more the heaviness sensation when I have my bra off I don’t like, uncomfortableness! Just rest, follow all the rules and enjoy your time off! They look great!!!

Yes same here , 2 births and both induced! nothing can EVER compare to child-birth so try take solace in that Rebecca! Haha..hope you are feeling bit better this evening. Thanks for friend req, just added. Xx

Not sleeping at all. All propped up and ready to go to sleep now. Just taken last of the painkillers for today. Hoping to drift off shortly and get an hour or 2 at least. Got my appointment for Monday to have the strapping removed. Just managed to have a shallow bath tonight too. Feel so achy. Just want to pain to subside a little. Hope you get a better nights sleep tomight hun. Who knows tomorrow we may be in a little less pain. Xxx

I know lovely this is just awful can’t get comfortable at all still my pain is severe just taking the muscle relaxer and condeudamol that’s all what about you?? My appt is Monday Hun what about you ??

I’m propped up Hun upright with a lot of pillows but itself hard to sleep and still in a lot of pain taking all the tablets given but dosent feel like they do much :((! I hope I get some sleep but I don’t think I will. Pillow under your knees seems to help. I’m not sure when I’m coming to have the strapping off as I missed a call today I’m guessing it will be Monday as well. What size did you have Hayley? xx

I had 375 in each my result looks v similar to your pic I found getting up this morning an absolute killer !!! Try ring the clinic back. Did you have irmina as the nurse thought she was so lovely well all of the nurses actually xx
