If you have an uplift, will your boobs still eventually sag a bit like with a BA…and will it happen as quick?! Thinking I may need uplift and smaller implants rather than huge implants and no uplift….huge implants would mean I’d sag a lot quicker coz of the weight?!

Yes, I was told by my surgeon he wouldn’t do a BA on me as they would just make my boobs more saggy! Like everyone’s body eventually the relays will change slightly but I well looked after with a sports bra they should stay perky 🙂

Hey huni uplift will last. For a long time with implants under the muscle as this keeps them in place like a helping hand to hold them up but I was told to try in stick to the body weight I’m at now as if I put weight on my bad boys are the 1st things to come back as b4 I had my baby and lost few stone my bad boys where 38 GG and then went down to dd with a lot of baggy skin and don’t wAnt this to happen again x

ye hun a uplift will only last for a few years, mine lasted 6 weeks and I sagged again 🙁 I have to have a second op now. I was told the bigger the implant the more weight added so the quicker they sag. You can have an uplift without implants though, or things like mesh inserted to act as an internal bra with or with implants, or something called the inferior pedicle technique. They both stop you sagging for a lot longer. Only some surgeons do those techniques but its worth asking about xx
