uplift and implant incisions

I’m 2 weeks post op and eventually had all my dressings off, at the moment my scars look very bumpy and obvious!! I’m worried, will they settle?? I am going to upload a picture soon so anyone else who has had the same op could you add me and let me know what yous think..

I had an uplift and small reduction, two weeks now, my scars look fab but the ones under the boob are still lumpy and I’m worried they won’t settle :/ thinking it might be because I itched them like mad!!
