Uplift and implant ladies

Hi just wondered about the results from uplift and implants. I’m an empty B cup and will definitely be having unders but wondered about upper pole fullness. I’ve seen a few uplifts and implants but they are quite flat at the top and fuller at the bottom/ bottom heavy. Can the surgeon place the implants higher to achieve the fullness at the top? Or does it relate to having a larger implant? Thanks 🙂 xx

I have had uplift n implant but mine are overs not under. I 1 wk post op today Hun x

I was totally deflated excess skin and about an A cups worth of breast tissue, I got soft touch to give me the highest fill volume of implant sice 335cc

I had an uplift and implants! The surgeon will place the implant under the muscle it’s simply just the shape they settle into! Its hard to achieve a full round look with uplift and unders! xxx
