uplift and implants.. sagging after a few months ???

having uplift and implants read alot on here and surgeon said bigger the implant the quicker they sag. so was only offered 300cc. went back and been offered 385cc natrelle soft touch. i dont want to go for the 300 and be disappointed after knowing i could have had bigger but then i dont want them to sag after a few months. hard trying to find the balance.. any advice ? thanks x x x

i got offered a 340cc with my uplift but he said he wouldn’t want to use any bigger as they would just sag over time.

Who was your surgeon ? I still though 385cc wasn’t big enough prob just being greedy! I doubt there’s much difference in 340 and 385. Have u had urs done or are u booked in ? X

I have mine with Mr Moniur on Monday!!! I had a feel of a 320 and a 360 and there wasn’t a lot between them, prob not even half a cup size, I think 150cc is a cup size x

Hi my surgeon offered me 240,295 or 340 I chose biggest then he said they’d look great for six months then sag, so I went with 295cc unders high profile. I would have loved bigger but I want them to stay pert as was so saggy before. Good luck xxx

I had 390cc but I had polyurethane implants which adhere to the pocket preventing future sag. There are only a fe surgeon in the UK trained in their use but they are fantastic! I was offered 390, 410 and 460 but went with the smallest as I didnt want huge boobies just pert full ones!

OMG I just had a quick look at your pics you look amazing!!!! I’ve just lost 4st as well and having nigh on the same op but having 340cc. Ifmy results are anything close to yours I will be a very happy girl xx

tbh girls all boobs will sag within time, it depends on your body and skin elasticity. i weigh 7.10 and had 295cc put in and the have dropped slightly since may. also as i had lost a lot of weight and went from 36EE to 28C my boobs slide slightly when lying down due to the fact i had breast pockets before having my implants.
please do not think your boobs will look stuck on when you lie down afetr surgery and not move as they will, this was probably the hardest thing for me to come to terms with after my surgery as i love my boobs standing up but hate them lying down and will not be sun bathing topless. x

I’ll just be happy if the not in my armpits when i stand up anymore lol 2 more sleeps for me eeeekkkk

i lost 4.5st and started weight training and found this helped the sagginess a wee bit so i’m hoping that will help once i get back to the gym after recovery x

Yea iv lost weight so gone to and empty 30e. Mine already go east and west when I lie down so that woulf be nothing new to me. I’d rather them have a little bit of natural sag but not how they are now. Xx

Honest when I cross my arms I have to pull them out my armpits first lol I’m so scared for Monday but it’s so gonna be worth it x
