Uplift, does it have to be unders?

I’m just wondering if I have to have unders, my surgeon has said so but I’m just worrying about recovery times with my kids as my best friend had unders a few weeks back. She was still struggling to move after 2 weeks! Bruising was really bad! Anyway I’ve been offered 365 at the most but can I push for 400cc? Is there much difference? I really don’t want to be disappointed but like my surgeon said if I go to big they will just drop too quick with the uplift! Thanks girls x

I had overs hun, I had my uplift n BA 7 days ago. Think it depends on the skin quality, and breast tissue of the individual xxx

If you have an uplift and bigger implants I’m sure there is a risk of splitting you stitches xx

I have 340 over with uplift

You can have either placement but it depends on what your Dr says is right for you as there are many reasons for unders/overs. Also, staying within the smaller size range is the norm for an uplift as they take so much skin away you run the risk of tearing the skin open if the implant is too large. x
