I’ve just been told the same by him today! I’m going for it, I spoke to the coordinator later and she said the reason he says no is because if you’ve got big boobs anyway and you put an implant in it will put too much pressure on your incisions and you will end up with bad thick scars. X

I had an uplift without implants with Dr traynor , 6 weeks post op and love them. He knows what will look best and will tell you straight. He tried to convince me I didn’t need to go ahead a few times before, even on the day of my op.

The last of my scars have healed now. The majority were fine and healed within the first weeks no problem. The joins where the scars meet took a little longer and are still quite red but compared to what I imagined them to look like they are so much better. I’ve not started using bio oil yet so they can only get better

It’s more just sore than a pain! Wen I first woke up it was hurting, but was given pain relief. Then the nurses kept on top with pain relief. Now I’m home making sure I’m taking them ever 4 hrs lik recommend and hopefully I’ll b rite! The worst part is having to sleep up right a little. As I always lay on my front or curled up haha! So got me v pillow now so fingers crossed for a nite at home x

I haven’t seen either hun but when my surgeon told me he wouldn’t give me an implant because it goes against his work and he said the scars will be bad because of the weight of the implant i figured he knew what he was talking about!

Baser my friends had and recovered very quickly sore first week or so a few leaks but overall great

    Hi Ladies,
I’m just waiting to be discharged, op all done. Had just and uplift on the advice of Mr Traynor, I haven’t seen them properly with no bra but they look bloody good in my sports bra! I’m very happy already! Also not in half as much pain as I expected to be. Granted it’s sore but keep on top of the pain killers and there’s been a few times I’ve forgotten! good luck to u all xx

Had my 12 PO with Dr Traynor after my uplift and he was very happy with the results, recommended Kelocote for raised scars which some of mine still are. Bit more expensive but excited to use it.
Good luck to everyone waiting for their ops x

    Hi Nichol

I’ve just had the uplift from E cup & now a nice firm C/D cup, I haven’t lost much apart from 110 grams from my right side due to it been bigger than the left, they just used all the tissue that I already had, feels weird at the minute but I’ll upload pics when I get them through xxx
