uplift without implants

hi girls, just wondering if anyone has been able to get upper fullness and nice shaped boobs with just an uplift and not implants, or are the implants a must to get that upper fullness? I had an uplift (no implants) last year but need a re-op and wondering whether to get the implants this time because I don’t have that upper fullness i’m wanting x

My surgeon told me I could only get upper fullness with an implant too. I will be putting some more pics up at weekend x

I’ve been told if i want upper fullness I will need an implant too. I guess it depends how much tissue you have but I think without the implant I’d probably still be unhappy so guna go for uplift with implant. Can I add you both pls? Xx
