I have had this done. I’m three weeks post op now and things are looking good but it is a slow process and a tough recovery. The garment and padding that you have to wear are uncomfortable but they do help. I am glad that I had it done.

Thanks for replaying, at present it’s all I seem to think about however it doesn’t help watch the procedures on YouTube. Wow your have both done! Very brave… I would like a BA but I’ll see how I get on with this first and maybe get it done next year. Well I hope all goes well for you when the time comes. X

Hello Lucy I hope u don’t mind me asking but my worst fear is pain! What was it like? And were u awake or did u fall asleep.

I am the worst person to ask about this because I had a particularly bad time in the op lol The sedation didn’t kick in properly so I was awake and in a lot of pain throughout the op. The anaesthetist kept giving me more but it just wasn’t working. It was horrible. However, at the end of the day it’s not a long period of time and then it’s over. It wasn’t painful afterwards, just very uncomfortable and sore. Most girls that I spoke to on here were asleep for it though; it seems that I was unlucky.

Bella212 it feels nice to actually talk to someone about it… Sometimes to much research is not always best as you don’t always get the answers..

That’s unfortunate. I hope I don’t have the problem cuz am such a baby!! I don’t even like having a filling at the dentist :(… Am dreading it if am honest…

i sufrer from inflamation and i think its afta you have vaser dats d biggest prob its d swellin and dats wt pains but they do say dont stay in one place for too long av short breaks but try and move lyk av a lil walk and sit bk down as you feel stiff otherwise im sure we will both be ok atleast we will luk fab afta it in bout 6 mnths down d line we wnt remember d pain lol hopefully lol x

Thanks for adding me. What was it like when u got there? And pain??? Wise how was it? Do u have any before and after shots.. I just had my son 5 months ago an scared if might not get the results am really hoping for..

Thank you Bella212, very thoughtful of you.. Am actually really worried now cuz for some reason my white blood cell is low, my GP doesn’t think it’s a problem but mya does as it’s the cell that fights infection.. So I’ve know had to have a haematology review to see if they think it’s a real problem… Am so worried they will cancel it.. This could only happen to me!!!

babe ur not alone i suffer from inflammotory arthritis and my white cells attack me instead ov fight for me iv hd this 10 yrs now but i do get the usual viral infections wen d bugs goin round but antibiotics wrk fine and mya know this bout me and said its ok u will b fine luvvy dw xx

and no they wont cancel it because this aint a major life threatening surgery like a heart transplant or something where your body rejects it our bodies need the vaser the fat is cryin out for it loool so its gta b done u just gta stay strong n stik to wot u want white blood cells shudnt be an issue really dey just being cautious for ur safety afta op but cz im livin thru it daily n im going thru wid it ul b fine xx

Thanks I feel a little better.. It’s nice being on here as am not alone there are others going through similar health issues.. Well like you said our fat needs vaser lol so hopefully all will be okay.. Am a born worrier..
