Very confused …what size sports bra ?? Advice please …

Hi … Im currently a 34b & having 375cc unders to take me to a probable ‘dd’ . What size sports bra’s should I go for … 34 dd or do I go up to 36dd … Reading through a few posts on here most seem to go from 32 to 34 initially … (If 32 is their pre op size) … All advice very welcome …thanks Ladies x

I’d go for a 36DD and maybe a 34E for the first few days swelling. I’ve just had 400cc unders from 32b and currently fluctuating between a 34DD and 34F. Just trying to get my hands on a 36E as the back is tight on this one and cups feel abit too big.

I’d get a range of sizes and keep the receipt then return what you don’t need. I recommend the asda zip up front bra, very supportive it’s just been difficult finding the right size with the swelling etc.

I was 30B had my op Monday and wearing 32DD but band feels so tight I want a 34 now so I’d defo get bigger back size than normal xx

Hi Josephine … Yes I think we were at Bristol together .. I’m the same .. 18th with Dr Marcellino .. He put 350/375cc & I’m going to go with the 375cc all being well … I’m really excited & altho seems ages away ..I know will soon be here .. What size are you going to have ? Xx

Im not very good on here haha …bit of a technophobe ? I’m having unders & going as a day case . I really felt comfy with the 350cc but I’m aware you can loose a bit as an under and just don’t want to feel after that I wish I’d gone bigger ? He’s put me down from 325-375 mod plus but I’m certain I want to go with 375cc mod plus … Unless he feels different during surgery I guess. Xx

I would just go in get fitted up and tell the fitter what your having done X
