What vitamins did you take before you had your op? been told I have to take them just wondered what you all had to take??? xx

Ooo I’m confused I was told I wasnt allowed any vitamins ? Just the pro biotics cos of the antibiotics .

I also was told I couldn’t take vitamins x

Mmm I’m not sure then! I’ll ring my PC and ask her to confirm. Thank you x
