waiting time after admission???

Hi i have my admission time of 2pm tomorrow, just wondering how long everyone waited until they finally went down for surgery? Anxious patient here but excited.

Hiya my admission time was 8am and I went down about 12ish but I think it’s different for everyone x

my admission time was 7.30, I probably went down to theatre at about 11.30 ish, but you have so many nurses and doctors coming and going the day goes so quick!!

Hi, my admission time was 2pm, I went to theatre at about 4.45pm. They had expected me to go down a little earlier but Dr Andrea had a “complicated Rhinoplasty” before me. It went really quick though as you have people coming in and out of your room xx

My admission time was 11 & I’ve just been told i have about a 2 hour wait so ill be going down about 2ish, hope everything goes well for you xx

My admission time was 9 and went down at 4 was a very long day bring plenty of stuff with you xx

My admission time was 12.00 but I was taken to my room at 11.50 and had all my paper work and medical notes completed by 12.10. I then had my consent form signed at about 13.00 and was having the anesthetic 10 minutes later. I think I was back in my room just after 14.30! All extremely quick for me. They then do obs every 30 mins for the first 2 hours and then it is every hour but I was discharged before my first hourly one as I was up, dressed and having a potter about!

My admission time was 2 got tuck down at 4.15 and was back in my room at 5.30

Thanks everyone, still sat waiting but nurses have said I will probably going down about 5pm. Eek excited now.
