Wanting a natural look

Hi girls,
Very new to this but finding this forum really helpful. I’m a very petite woman with 34AA breasts (practically nothing there). I don’t want to go to a massive size because I have a small frame so I wanted to go for a good size but still natural looking if poss. I haven’t spoken to MYA directly wanted to here from you girls first.
I think for me would be best to go for a tear drop ?? For me personally, i do not want them like footballs really round and fake looking, I want them to still have a slight sag and a natural feel to them. Do you think this is possible ??
I have attached a pic of me currently – I despise them so much can’t wait to get them done!!

I’d say it’s totally achievable and something you should make very clear at your consultation with the surgeon so he/she can best advise you. If you have a very small frame and want a natural look I’d say anything over 350 would stray into a more ‘implausible’ look shall I say 😉 I would add that some surgeons won’t use tear drop implants though so if you have your heart set on then you may need to shop around. That said I’d advise you to keep an open mind on implant shape/profile and see what your surgeon suggests on the basis of your goals. Real Self is a great place to look at other peoples augmentations and how they develop over time. It really helped me in determining my final implant size & profile. Hope that helps x

I’d agree with Emma, just make it very clear at your consultation the kind of look you are going for and how you want them to be.
Teardrops depend on the surgeon and generally your body type/frame – I initially went in with the idea that I wanted teardrops but was told if I had them then the shape would show through my upper chest area which is obviously not what you want. So I’d just make sure you’re really clear on what you’d like and maybe see a couple of surgeons as well to get more than one opinion xx

Hello, I know what you mean that’s what I have down but you can get this with the round ones and it’s cheaper. Also a moderate profile which means that they won’t sit really high
I’m only 7 and a half stone and a 32a/b I think when you go under the muscle they can look more natural. I will upload my pics for you. They are a bit weird at the moment as I’m only a week post op.
I got a 400cc under muscle. I’m now a 32dd but they don’t look thrown on. I call them my Kate winslet tits X

I don’t think you would need teardrop people keep thinking mine are but they aren’t. Under the muscle I think the would advise. I went for a big size but they still look natural and still dropping. The best to do is see a surgeon and they will go through what options are best and actually show some examples. In my opinion under the muscle completely would be good andmaybe around 350cc but I could be completely wrong. Here’s mine the other day 2 and half weeks post op so still loads of changes to come and still quite hard but slowly getting there lol

Hi I asked for a natural look also. I have nothing to begin with and I asked about tear drop in My consultation but he offered 325cc under the muscle? It does go off your measurements though and he/she will know what will look best for the result you are after. Girls still achieve a lovely natural result with other profiles such as hp. It will spend on all your measurement as to what profile he/she can offer. Good luck hun xx
