Washing my hair after BA

Hi Girls. Im 2 weeks PO after my BA. So far my mum has been washing my hair over the bath.. I know I can now shower properly but not sure how to wash my hair? they said I can let shampoo/conditioner touch the incisions? any ideas?

When I was first showering properly I leant as far back as I could without being uncomfortable in the shower so all the shampoo & conditioner just went straight onto my hair and down my back nowhere near my scars. Although when my sister had hers done she wrapped a bin bag around herself which was amusing but it worked at keeping them relatively dry! After my first check my nurse said I could wash normally in the shower just had to make sure I dried them thoroughly and keep an eye on them

I lent over the bath n kept my bra n top on so i knew none would get on them x
