I am one week post op. When my nurse put the normal dressing on my incision and said she dont have waterproof dressing as my incision needs to be covered properly and the dressing needs to be changed again after one week. Picture attached. Now i want to apply arnica cream and also moisturise my breasts. I was thinking to check at pharmacy if they have big waterproof dressing and put it on top before u apply anything on them as i am scared cream/lotion will reach them.
    Any replies are greatly appreciated.

I’ve been putting E45 cream on the top of my boobs and on my nipples because if not they would have cracked like a peice of glass haha. They are so so so dry and peeling, and that’s even with cream on!! I don’t think it’s a problem to put cream on the top no where near incisions but you could always ring the nurse to double check if it’s ok hun. Xxx

mr traynor advised me about stretch marks and said i can start moisturising with coconut oil, bio oil, vitamin e oil that same night.. just aslong as i steer clear of the dressings, i just did the tops and it made my skin so much better because otherwise i think id have the worst stretched skin dry ness, with the pads being on your nipples, id get some waterproof dressings to just be safe, im going to get some as i cant bathe or shower for another week as i needed fresh dressings to protect my incisions as theyre big implants but im going to need a good old wash down and scrub asap hehe xxx
