Wedding in 3 weeks – help!

Hi girls I have a wedding in 3 weeks, the dress I was going to wear is backless…. Is this a total no no? As in will I need a dress that can accommodate my sports bra or can I have a day without it? Xx

I went without a bra at 2 weeks for a night out… I took the risk but it depends how you feel about it! Also I had small implants so I felt I could get away with no support for a few hours.. That could be a bad theory but I was fine lol! X

I went braless 11 days post op on sat night just gone and to be honest I think it did them good being let loose for a few hours! Nurse said its fine to go out braless for a few hours 🙂

They’re adhesive and clasp at the front, wouldn’t offer full support but it would be better than braless. It should be ok but it is a risk, provided you’re not braless for more than a few hours you should be ok but might feel some heavyness/tenderness for a few days after.

Ichaces are your wedding dress will be fitted around your boobies anyway?:) I would worry too much, one day won’t kill you! Only thing I found was they aced the next day when I first started out braless, you should be ok, what’s the serious long term damage it can do? They just advice against it generally to cover their back. A one off will be fine! Xxx
