I know it’s always recommended to be at your best weight/size before you have a BA, but with Christmas and everything I ended up going into my surgery about 10 pounds over my ideal weight. I’m not one to drastically gain/lose weight in my boobs, and I’ve never had a problem with sagging after losing a bit of weight. But I’m terrified that my boobs will get smaller as soon as I hit the gym again..

Has anyone else lost weight after getting them done? And what happened when you did? xx

    When are you having surgery?
I will be losing weight when i get them done as i have a fitness competition in summer.

Over christmas i put on 5kg so while i can’t exercise i will be eating super clean. I was kind of worried about the same thing.
Im due in next week, i guess i will soon find out.

Im the same with it been so near to Christmas I’m definitely not my ideal weight, just going to try eat healthy while I’m healing and get back to the gym when it’s safe to do so! xx

I had my surgery last Wednesday, I’m already eating much less and healthier at the moment than I was prior to my surgery.
I hope if I do it slowly and with mainly exercise rather drastically reducing calories that I can lose the weight without losing my boobs.
I’ve just heard really mixed things with people saying ‘yes 100% your boobs will get smaller and will experience rippling’ and others saying it won’t make a difference at all unless you’re losing a significant percentage of body fat which really I’m not xx
